TERMS OF PAYMENT

 

We use a payment term of 14 days after delivery for existing relations

 

We request new relations to pay in advance.

 

All prices and amounts mentioned are net, excluding 21% VAT for the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands it is 0% VAT and excluding shipping costs.

 

Quotations are made subject to interim delivery and stock.

 

With every order and/or order you will receive an invoice by e-mail.

 

When placing an order, you declare that you have taken note of and agree to our general and payment conditions.

 

We are not liable for possible printing and/or typesetting errors.

 

Samples can be requested from us for a fee. You can order a sample from us both via the webshop (click on the button “Request sample” for the relevant article) or by telephone. For sending a sample, we calculate the unit price of an item plus the shipping costs.

 

Cost of sample: Unit price item + shipping costs (€ 16.00).

 

When an order is placed as a result of the sample order, we will credit the shipping costs. The supplied samples can then be returned to us. These are then included in the relevant order.

Refunds after returning samples are not possible.
