Find all information about delivery times and shipping costs for promotional products across Europe. Whether you order unprinted or printed business gifts, we aim to deliver quickly and reliably.

Unprinted promotional products are usually delivered within 2–3 working days, while printed items are typically delivered within 7–10 working days after approval of the digital proof.

Unprinted Promotional Gifts & Products

Delivery of unprinted promotional gifts is possible for orders starting from €50.00.

In most cases, orders placed before 10:30 AM are delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

If you need faster delivery to your preferred address, we can also arrange a courier service at an additional cost.

Printed Promotional Gifts & Products

Almost all printed promotional products are produced in-house, helping us keep delivery times as short as possible.

Most printed products are delivered within 7 to 10 working days after approval of the printing proposal or digital proof.

During November and December, delivery times may increase to approximately 15 working days due to seasonal demand.

Delivery Time Exceptions

Custom-Made Products

Delivery time can vary from 3 weeks up to 6 months after ordering and concept approval.

Imported Products

Items such as PVC key rings and lanyards usually take 4 to 6 weeks after production approval.

Faster Delivery

In special situations, faster production and delivery may be possible on request.

Orders can be placed from €50.00 in products.

Sample Shipping

For samples, we charge €29.95 for shipping and transport.

Europe Delivery

Standard shipping costs are €29.50 per delivery address within Europe.
